Quality of life patch allowing Inventory Weight addon and Mouse over transfer items addon to work together. For some reason, these mods did not work together. They would always overwrite one another's utils_ui.script causing only one or the other (whichever is overwriting) to run. This mod combines both of their utils_ui.script into a patch to overwrite both mods utils_ui.script, allowing the total weight of stacked items in your inventory to be displayed, while also allowing the quick shift hover transfer. Simply drag it into your anomaly files to manual install as you would normal mods, or just install it using MO2/JGSME and place it AFTER the two mods its patching. I only use MO2 so I can't actually attest to whether it works in JGSME or manual install but I see zero reason that it wouldn't. All I did was merge the .scripts in WinMerge:)
