MLR9.2(ENG) Additioal Translation Patch

This is an additional translation patch for MLR9.2(ENG). I found that there's a lot of missing dialogues in MLR9.2(ENG), so I've created an additional translation patch to fix it. There's still some missing texts, but the dialogues should be OK now. Translation done by Google, so don't expect a high quality translation.
